Instagram Style Business Card - Design + Print

After purchasing your graphic design or print service(s), you will receive a questionnaire via email. This must be completed within 3 business days and include detailed information about your design. Ensure the questionnaire is fully completed before submitting. (If you don’t see an email from teethepromoplug@gmail.com, be sure to check your spam folder)

Design Details: All information should be typed on the questionnaire exactly as you want it to appear. Screenshots will not be accepted.

The processing timeframe for your order starts once ALL required information and files have been submitted. Please note that purchasing a graphic design + print service involves TWO separate turnaround times.

The design process takes 5-7 business days after approval. Once the design is finalized, printing and shipping will require an additional 3-7 business days but can vary depending on the project. Please note that the turnaround time depends on when the project is approved to proceed to the printing stage. 

Includes 2 revisions per service (color, font changes and any placements only). Additional revisions will be $25 

All sales are final, and refunds will not be provided under any circumstances. Refunds for individual services are only granted if we are unable to complete your project due to unexpected situations or emergencies.  

We strive to maintain a smooth working relationship with all clients. However, if a client becomes excessively difficult to work with, we reserve the right to terminate the project. In such cases, a full refund may be issued, or a partial refund of 50% will be provided if the project is already in progress.
