All materials (text, images, logos, information, etc.) are needed before your project can begin. Electronic files may be delivered in the following format: Email, Word Documents, PDF, JPG, GIF, TIF. To ensure that all images are reflected in the sharpest manner, images must be sent in high resolution (minimum 300 dpi). All text supplied must be typed (DOC, TXT, or Email). No screenshots are allowed.
Clients are required to submit all HIGH QUALITY photos and/or content (text) they need for their project. Pixelated photos will not result in the best quality design. Please refrain from submitting dull phone images. Please make sure all submitted content is spell checked and not subject to copyright.
You are responsible for disclosing all details of your project for fair estimate pricing. If at any time your project becomes more complicated than estimated you will be contacted for additional payment or require a new estimate or project contract.
There is a three (2)-revision limit. After that, all additional revisions will incur a $20 fee per revision. For larger scale projects like web design, the number of revision is limited to 2. This is to ensure a steady workflow so your project can be completed in a reasonable time frame.
Drafts are for review and approval only. They may not be copied, manipulated, or distributed without prior permission.
Each project includes three complimentary revisions. Additional revisions incur a fee (as stated in the service description).
Revisions take an additional 2 business days. Major redesigns require additional costs.
Final files are delivered in PNG, PDF, or JPG formats. Photoshop PSD files are available upon request for an extra fee.
Once final files are approved and sent, the project is considered complete. Any post-approval edits will incur a $10 fee per design.

Graphic Design: 3-5 business days
Logo Design: 5-7 business days
Print Services: ADDITIONAL 3-5 business days
Large Format Print Services: 5-7 business days
Shipping: We ship all printed goods via USPS priority or UPS/FedEx ground - therefore your FULL ADDRESS is required. We are not able to ship to P.O. Boxes. Expedited shipping options are available upon request.
Revisions (if needed) may prolong the finalized design.
Turnaround times do not include revisions or edits and begin only after the design form is submitted.
Expedited services may be available for an additional rush fee.
Delays due to high order volume, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances may occur. We’ll keep you informed of any changes.
All projects require a non-refundable deposit before the job can begin. NO EXCEPTIONS. Projects less than $500 require a 100% deposit upfront. Projects more than $500 require a 50% deposit prior to starting project.The final 50% must be paid upon completion of the project before we release the approved files and artwork. We accept payments via: Check, Paypal and Credit Card. No job will be released until check is received and cleared. A 3.9% surcharge will be applied to online invoices.

Due to the nature of our digital services, all sales are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Cancellations during the design process will not receive refunds for work already completed.
Chargebacks and disputes will result in legal action and a ban from future purchases. Unauthorized use of designs is prohibited.

Proofs may not be copied, manipulated, or distributed to any other person or company other than those directly involved with the project without prior permission from Tee The Promo Plug. All proofs works are the property of Tee The Promo Plug

Response time is typically 1-2 business days. Multiple contact attempts through various platforms are discouraged.
After purchase, a design form must be completed within 1-3 business days to begin your project. Delays may push your order to the back of the queue.
Projects abandoned due to lack of communication for over two weeks will be forfeited without a refund. A reinstatement fee of $100+ is required to resume.
Projects ghosted for over 30 days require a restart fee of 10-25% of the total service cost.
